		<description><![CDATA[Nice.  Glad you are more enthused!  I have found that it really depends on the recipe when it&#039;s ready to eat.  I&#039;ve had ice creams that are ready to go immediately and recipes that need up to  24 hours in the freezer.  

I made apple cider ice cream last week (which was excellent), and it was like soup -- the flavors developed after a day or two in the freezer.]]></description>
